The way in
Generate and scan
Free tools can do it: cyclonedx-npm, Trivy, Syft, OSV. It is a snapshot, and a snapshot can be taken again. Selling it would be selling what is worth nothing.
What accumulates
Monitor, keep, prove
The monitoring that runs every day, the timestamped history that proves what you knew and when, the file that stays up to date for the whole support period. That is the part that will be billed one day.

The price is set, it is not shown yet
We have known it since September 2026. We are not showing it until it has been tested with real manufacturers, because a price shown and then corrected is worth less than a price announced once.
Founding member status
Trusting a product with no references and no track record is a real risk. That risk earns something in return.
- Who.
- Accounts that subscribe no later than twelve months after the day the price is shown. Accounts opened during the beta are part of it by right, if they subscribe within those same twelve months. They took the risk before the price was shown.
- What.
- Half the public price, on the subscription as on every product line added later, and with no time limit. A product line added in 2032 stays at the founder price.
- What it is not.
- It is neither a welcome discount nor a trial period. Nor is it a dormant right: it is tied to an uninterrupted subscription. Anyone who cancels and comes back later returns at the price of the day, with three months of grace so that a payment incident or a budget pause does not cost a lifetime status.

The price of what you have never goes up
The base price may go up for new accounts. Yours will not, as long as your subscription is not interrupted. A new regulation will be a module you take or not; everything that improves a regulation you already have is included.
No surprise billing
No card is asked for, so nothing can be charged. The day a paid offer exists, it will be announced: beta accounts will not switch over silently.
Your evidence leaves with you
The complete archive downloads as one file, each revision in standard CycloneDX. Paid or not, your evidence is not held hostage.
Leaving is one click
Deleting the account is immediate and sits in the settings, not in a support form.
The money questions
Payment is not open yet; here is how it will work, without a single amount.
- What is a product line?
- A product placed on the market, the one that carries a CE marking and a declaration. Its versions are revisions of it and cost nothing more: billing per version would make the manufacturer who updates pay, that is, the one who obeys the regulation.
- How do we pay?
- By card, monthly or yearly, and yearly on an invoice payable by bank transfer, as Article 8 of the terms of use (in French) provides. Payment is not open yet; it will go through our payment provider, and the beta stays free until then.
- Can we pay on invoice, by bank transfer?
- Yes, yearly. The invoice will be made out to your company name, with your address and your intra-EU VAT number, payable by bank transfer within 30 days, with the IBAN to credit. By card too, each payment will give an invoice.
- Can a purchase order appear on the invoice?
- Yes. Its number will be entered with the billing details and printed on every invoice of the subscription.
- And VAT?
- The intra-EU VAT number will be asked for at payment and printed on every invoice. The VAT regime and the invoicing particulars depend on the country where the company is established, and the company is not yet incorporated: they will be set before payment opens, as Article 8 of the terms of use (in French) says.
- How do we cancel?
- From the console, with no form and no call. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the paid period, month or year. No period already started will be refunded pro rata, and no further period will be billed. Your evidence stays downloadable until the account is deleted, which remains a separate step.
- Can the price go up?
- Not the price of what you have subscribed to: it is fixed at subscription. The base price may go up for new accounts. A new regulation will be an optional module, paid for by everyone; what improves a regulation you already have is included. That is Article 8 of the terms of use (in French), and Article 12 (in French) forbids weakening these commitments for an existing account.
- And a product line added or removed after subscribing?
- An added product line will be billed straight away, pro rata until the end of the current period, then at each renewal, at the price fixed on your account. The pro rata amount will be shown before the step that adds the product line. A removed product line will not be refunded: it will stop being billed at the next renewal.
- Can we switch from monthly to yearly?
- Yes, by card, from the console. The year will start on the day of the switch, at the prices fixed on your account, and the part of the current month already paid will be deducted. The amount will be shown before you confirm.
- What happens if a payment is missed?
- Nothing will be cut off: a missed payment interrupts regular payment, not monitoring, and alerts will keep going out. Article 8 of the terms of use (in French) says so already.
- Who sees my bank details?
- Only our payment provider. No card number and no bank details will reach euvex.
- Is the invoice electronic?
- It will be a PDF issued by our payment provider. Structured e-invoices (Peppol) are not issued for now.
- And outside the Union?
- The card will be accepted. The invoice by bank transfer will require a country in the Union and its VAT number; otherwise, write to us at contact@euvex.eu.

What it checks before listing a supplier, in one place.
- An invoice in your company name
- With your address and your intra-EU VAT number: they will be asked for at payment and printed on every invoice.
- A purchase order
- Its number will be printed on the invoice payable by bank transfer.
- A bank transfer within 30 days
- Yearly, on an invoice payable by bank transfer within 30 days, with the IBAN to credit. The card will remain possible.
- Intra-EU VAT
- The number will be asked for and printed. The VAT regime is set according to the country where the company is established, before payment opens: Article 8 of the terms of use (in French).
- Hosting in Frankfurt
- The application and the database are hosted in Frankfurt, Germany; emails leave from Ireland.
- Subprocessors
- Each one, with what it receives and its country, is named in the privacy policy (in French).
- Written price commitments
- The price of what you subscribe to never goes up: Article 8 of the terms of use (in French). A revision of the terms cannot call it into question for an existing account: Article 12 (in French).
